Your Talent and Skills
To be successful in this role, you have a track record in a broad marketing role and deep understanding of brand building, marketing strategy and integrated communications. It is vital you have expertise in marketing effectiveness, measurement frameworks and media/channel performance. We would love to see a real passion for marketing theory and best practice. It would be advantageous but not essential to have strong knowledge of ultra-premium/luxury marketing principles and well as having participated in marketing capability programmes or professional marketing qualifications. In terms of skills, strong communication is vital, with clear and compelling story telling and an ability to simplify complex topics. It is important to be able to deliver engaging presentations with credibility, and demonstrate strong influencing skills.
We’ve put together some criteria that we think is important for this role, but don’t worry if your experience and expertise isn’t an exact match. If you feel that you can add value to our role and to Edrington more broadly, we would welcome your application and be eager to learn more about you.
