Embrace Excellence
As the Reward Operations Manager, you will lead and manage our Reward Operations team, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your role will be pivotal in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processes, driving operational excellence, and supporting continuous improvement within HR.
Make an Impact
Day to day, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead and manage the Reward Operations team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for the UK, France, and South Africa.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Develop and implement policies that support compliant and accurate payroll services.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including ADP and other third-party providers.
- Drive process improvements and champion digital transformation within HR.
Your Talent and Skills
