The role of the Prestige On Trade KAM is to lead the relationship with some of the company’s most strategically important accounts, in collaboration with our colleagues.  Through your leadership you will drive an increase in distribution, visibility, activation, and profitability, aligned to the ‘Standards of Excellence’, commercial and brand strategies of the company.  Ensuring delivery of our mission – “excellent execution to the point of purchase”.

 

To achieve this, you will be highly motivated individual with fantastic interpersonal skills and have an ability to influence the key stakeholder that also represent our category leading brands. You will operate with an attention to detail that delivers excellent execution at all touch points, whilst keeping pace within a rapidly evolving marketplace and anticipating future trends.

 

You will have a value-added approach to sales and be driven to deliver success in this hugely influential area of our business.  This role covers the South West of England region, including Bristol, Cardiff and Cornwall.

Make an Impact

  • Lead the management of your customer relationships, maximising opportunities for the joint benefit of Edrington and our Prestige customers and take ownership for the delivery of ‘SoE’, financial and brand objectives.
  • Drive profitability through distribution, activation and increasing rate of sale of the Edrington brands.
  • Deliver towards the On Trade GC and SoE targets.
  • Ensure you and you are working with the right Prestige outlets and stakeholders across your region, whilst taking ownership and accountability to deliver the financial and brand objectives.
  • Work as part of the On Trade Team to simplify ways of working, ensure that we are aligned across all channels and manage team performance.
  • Manage indirect customer spend and allocate marketing spend accordingly across key customers in line with brand and customer ambitions.
  • Provide or organise necessary training. Constantly reviewing performance and training need of you and your team
  • Always operate using the guidance of the Operating Document

Your Talent and Skills

We’re looking for someone who can truly act as an ambassador for our brands, bringing a customer-focused approach to everything they do. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have an effective negotiation style, we’d love to hear from you. Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness are key, along with robust financial proficiency to support decision-making. You’ll also need excellent administrative and organisational abilities, a high level of computer literacy, and ideally, education to degree level.
