Remuneration and Package

Position Summary

As we build an ability to deliver digital projects for The Macallan, an exciting opportunity has arisen within The Macallan Brand team for a Transformation & Change Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a key role carrying global responsibility for driving awareness, understanding and ultimately adoption of the growing CRM capability. This is a business focused role that requires a high degree of acumen and appreciation of the specific requirements of the business to ensure the awareness and adoption of new ways of working to deliver the benefits of a Digital Consumer Engagement Programme.


This is a perfect role for someone who has digital transformation, process management, change implementation, and/or training experience in a global organisation. It carries with it significant opportunities to develop in these keys areas through supporting a significant programme of work, embedding new capabilities across a global organisation, and working within a dynamic team of experts in change and transformation.

Job Description

As part of The Global Macallan Brand team, you will work with a team of Private Client Managers, CRM Manager, technology developers and marketing experts to deliver and embed the CRM platform, new experiences, and ways of working in a global business.  If you're passionate about internal communication, process adoption, think and act with a global perspective, are a catalyst for change and can contribute to creative solutions and innovations, then this could be the challenge you are looking for. The team's goal is to deliver capabilities and experiences across all consumer touchpoints to ensure world-class consumer experiences.

Skills and Experience

The right candidate for this position will be highly organised and have knowledge of, and know how to apply, change principles and training methodologies. Experience of delivering transformation at an organisational level, ideally across a global environment would be highly advantageous. Experience in creating internal communication plans and communication materials across different media is required. A collaborative style of working and influencing at global, regional, and local level and across business functions are essential.
