Embrace Excellence
The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end management of all Dispatch activities from the warehouse. This role ensures the efficient scheduling and timely Dispatch of customer orders, balancing outbound demand with warehouse operational capacity.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and controlling daily Dispatch workflows, monitoring order readiness, and ensuring all outbound goods are processed accurately and on time. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with warehouse teams to support smooth operational flow.
On a rotational basis, the Dispatch Coordinator will oversee on-site Freight Drivers, ensuring operational continuity by managing loading sequences in alignment with warehouse priorities.
The role is also accountable for updating SAP with accurate order and shipment information and completing all system Dispatch activities to enable successful delivery.
The role shifts are Monday-Thursday 07:45-16:45 and Friday 07:00-11.30.
Make an Impact

Develop and manage daily and weekly dispatch plans aligned to production schedules, customer requirements, SLAs, and operational priorities, adjusting plans in real time to address delays, shortages, and other operational issues.

Coordinate the end-to-end dispatch process, including driver check-in, vehicle loading with Warehouse teams, load optimisation, PGI completion, accurate SAP updates, and completion of all relevant operational and regulatory documentation.

Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, Quality, and Compliance by reporting and escalating risks, adhering to quality procedures, supporting audits and corrective actions, and ensuring all activities are carried out safely and accurately.

Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities, quality improvement actions, training requirements, and the implementation of departmental improvement opportunities.
