Embrace Excellence

We are looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to join The Macallan Global Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a period of Modern Family Leave. As CRM Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in end-to-end planning and delivery of CRM plans for The Macallan Society, delivering personalised, engaging and compliant consumer communications. This is an exciting opportunity to shape global CRM activity, influence consumer engagement strategy and collaborate with passionate teams across the business. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Make an Impact

Core responsibilities of the role include:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Global CRM calendar, ensuring seamless execution of automated, triggered, event-led and ad-hoc communications across markets and segments.
  • Own and optimise CRM campaigns and journeys, enhancing personalisation, relevance and performance to deepen consumer engagement.
  • Act as the global CRM lead for The Macallan Society, Market Events, Estate Experiences and partnership communications, coordinating platforms, data capture and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate closely with brand, digital, market, technology and agency partners to deliver elevated consumer experiences aligned to brand standards.
  • Champion robust ways of working, ensuring efficiency, compliance and best practice across briefing, execution, testing and deployment.
  • Drive CRM performance reporting and insight, translating data into clear recommendations that continuously improve future activity.
  • Contribute to the evolution of CRM strategy, cross-channel contact principles and value propositions, supporting the wider CX & Digital ambition.

Your Talent and Skills

To be successful in this role, you have strong experience in a CRM marketing-focused position, ideally within a global and/or luxury consumer environment. You bring a solid understanding of CRM platforms and digital tools, with experience in HubSpot, AnyRoad, and analytics and reporting suites considered advantageous. You demonstrate a passion for consumer experience and digital marketing, alongside a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement. With excellent organisational skills, you confidently manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines. You have a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies, and you adopt a data-informed mindset, translating insights into clear, actionable outcomes.

We’ve put together some criteria that we think is important for this role, but don’t worry if your experience and expertise isn’t an exact match. If you feel that you can add value to our role and to Edrington more broadly, we would welcome your application and be eager to learn more about you.

*Applications close 1st June at midnight*
