Embrace Excellence
The role will be primarily responsible for developing brand growth plan and marketing strategies, formulation and execution of launch plans, marketing programs and activities, in order to secure sustainable growth in sales revenue and business profit, while ensuring A&P spend is kept within given budget. With responsibility for the Indian Travel retail market the role will require close coordination with the Global Travel Retail team across all functions to ensure alignment with GTR strategies. Other key deliverables include marketing support for SIS, GTR Digital and E-Commerce Strategy. This role is required to work in close partnerships with external parties (retailers and vendors) and internal teams across both India Domestic and Travel Retail.
Make an Impact
- Assist in the development and execution of yearly trade marketing programs, while adhering to markets’ commercial needs, objectives and A&P budgets
- Review and evaluate customer marketing programs and activities for effectiveness and efficiency
- Support GTR Retail Team in executing Operational Guidelines
- HPP Activations: Ensure quality and best in class execution
- Effective monitoring and management of assigned customer groups’ A&P budgets
- Drive and lead in preparations of retailers’ presentations and marketing meetings
- Oversee and manage regional trade shows (TFWA) and retailers’ customer events
- Prepare and deliver reports on market knowledge, e.g. passenger traffic, marketing trends and economic developments to support brand strategies
- Support Commercial Team with marketing tools
- Lead brand educational modules and materials for all GTR customer groups
- Support monthly forecasting process
- Support Customer Marketing Manager Brand Leads in the overall planning and execution of GTR Digital Marketing/Social Media strategy
- Assist Senior Regional Brand Manager in preparation of annual Brand Plans, GTR Marketing Strategies, Budgets and Forecasts
- Foster and maintain a close working relationship with both internal (Global Brand Teams, GTR, Finance, Supply Chain) and external (customers and agencies) stakeholders
