Embrace Excellence

This role is crucial to driving Edrington’s growth in Denmark by leading the on‑trade business in Copenhagen, a key city in the Nordics for luxury spirits. With responsibility for key accounts across top cocktail bars, high‑end gastronomy, and premium hotels, the role ensures strong channel profitability, impactful activations, and the successful execution of each brand’s strategy. Working closely with a small but highly skilled team, supported by brand ambassadors and activation specialists, this position is central to delivering Edrington’s ultra‑premium vision.

Make an Impact

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive luxury brand growth through strategic customer planning and execution in Copenhagen.
  • Manage budgets, profitability, pricing, and key performance targets.
  • Lead Key City Strategy across gastronomy, top hotels, bars, and priority accounts.
  • Deliver high‑quality brand activations and training for customers.
  • Build strong internal collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Use Salesforce/Power BI for planning and reporting; complete all sales admin accurately.
  • Identify new prospects, monitor competitors, and stay updated on consumer trends.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Danish legislation.

Your Talent and Skills

To be successful in this role, you have proven commercial and sales experience with a strong results focus and P&L management, along with a solid understanding of brand strategy, luxury industry dynamics, and key growth drivers. You bring strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills, and can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on commercial delivery. You are highly organized, detail‑oriented, analytical, and adaptable, demonstrating good judgement in fast‑moving environments. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, with Salesforce experience considered a plus. You adopt a continuous‑improvement mindset, work effectively both independently and cross‑functionally, and ideally possess knowledge of the drinks industry as well as a valid driver’s license.
