Embrace Excellence

The Macallan Cask Operations team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional quality casks for our ultra-premium brands by taking control of our Sherry cask supply chain, where we are investing more than €100m in Coopers Oak, Tevasa Forestal Group, Vasyma and Grupo Estevez to transform Cask Supply for all brands and business units.

To realise all the benefits of that substantial investment, we are now entering a period of significant transition as we move from a third-party supply model to a fully integrated end-to-end internal supply chain that sources its own high quality American and European Oak, manufactures high quality casks, and seasons those casks with high quality sherry wine from our own vineyards. This will drive both product quality and brand provenance benefits as well as strengthening our cask sustainability credentials.  The Cask Planning Manager will be responsible for supporting the Senior Cask Planning & Logistics Manager in managing the end-to-end cask supply process
