This role is responsible in support for brand activations and event coordination, promotion initiative, and brand program arrangement in Macau market.

Make an Impact

 

  • Implementing HNWI / on trade / off trade channel strategies plan and extend the communication in relation to Prestige range.
  • Assist Marketing Manager to develop brand activation plans for different TEG product in partnership with the EHK marketing teams and Remfly to achieve brand objectives, local consumer needs and which drive sustainable business growth. 
  • Evaluating consumer research, market conditions, tracking and brand performance analysis, social economic indicators and delivering marketing activities.
  • Supporting Marketing Manager to create cross brand activation to drive trial and recruitment of Michael and Michelle and James and Alexander to The Macallan and the corresponding categories to estate brands.
  • Assist to manage Spiritual Home project and prospect new opportunities among the market.
  • Conduct and support brands training program regularly.
  • Support on administrative marketing work, i.e. preparation of NPD materials, new visibility POS and brand assets update and activation records.
  • Be involved in growth planning process and activation calendar creation to deliver overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • Assist marketing manager on the PR and communication materials, such as social post writing, and contact influencers and KOLs, to assist in the exposure of the events. He or she will be responsible for the pre-event advertisement and post-event news clipping. The candidate will assist with the communication with hotels/ outlets regarding the advertising material as well.
  • Assist marketing manager with event planning, budget calculating, communicating with vendors and hotels for the floorplans, venue decorations, and entertainment performance.

Your Talent and Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years marketing experience preferable in wines and spirits, luxury or FMCG company.
  • Degree or equivalent in business or a related subject.
  • Experience of working in an international organisation would be advantageous.
  • Fluent in English / Cantonese, and Mandarin will be preferred.
  • Cross functional working and independent.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good Excel / PowerPoint application and ability in Adobe Illustrator and photoshop will be an advantage when communicating with designers and production houses on the graphic and design layouts.
