Embrace Excellence

This position is to support the execution of all trade marketing activities in the commercial channels (Direct To Trade), in order to support the delivery of commercial excellence at all DTT sales channel. Apart from commercial deliveries, the position will prioritize the support on DISTRIBUTE, ACTIVATE and ELEVATE

 

Make an Impact

  • Assist in executing all trade marketing activities (e.g. dinners, events, tastings, POS placements, outlet decorations, incentive trips & promoters etc.) and control the spending within budget
  • Work with Sales team and file all team / trade requirements of decoration and display setup. Work with production agencies, coordinate the design under the supervision from Marketing to obtain respective approvals prior to coordinate with production house and business partners to follow up and maintain the condition of display
  • Agree, plan and arrange set up for trade whisky dinners / tasting events setup for On-Trade and Off-Trade business partners
  • Work with both On Trade & Off Trade to plan for incentive trips which including sourcing travel agencies, get competitive quotes and coordinate with Sales team and travel agency to work out the details of the trips
  • Promoter arrangement including coordination with agency on recruitment and promoters' management, wage finalization and evaluation at our On-Trade contracted outlets
  • Work with Promotion agencies and manage the logistics of POS / gifts for promoters & outlets
  • Design & proceed tent-card production doe all trade promotions. Regular review all POS stock and keep track its movement
  • Assist in promotion counter set-ups (Off Trade), contract, logistic arrangement during festive seasons and evaluate the results
  • Support the administrative works and monthly reports
  • Prepare price checking reporting, conduct market intelligence sharing and report competitor trade marketing activities   

 

 

Your Talent and Skills

  • Diploma or above in Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 1-year relevant experience
  • PC Knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken of Chinese and English
