To monitor the daily store operation, implement the adequate promotional plan, inventory control, products display and provide excellent customer service that comply with Company's service standard

Make an Impact

  • Drive sales growth for the Macallan Room 
  • Build up close relationship with loyal customers
  • Hosting tasting events for the customers
  • Assist shop advisors in performing specific duties including but not limited to maintain display of products and ensure that store is clean and tidy in all aspects
  • Establish a learning culture and maintain a strong connection of the store team to the Brand

Your Talent and Skills

  • Strong passion for and interest in spirits. Solid spirits knowledge with accreditation is preferred but not essential
  • 2 years or above experience in Wine & Spirits or in a luxury brand or in a luxury service and selling environment is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills and customer service oriented
  • Highly motivated, dynamic and proactive approach
  • Able to provide reliable and accurate quality services 
  • Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to work shift duties including public holidays
