Embrace Excellence
Reporting to the Brand Manager – Consumer & Channel Activations, the Marketing Executive is responsible for executing below-the-line strategies and consumer activations across Hong Kong, covering On-Trade, Off-Trade, and Direct-to-Consumer channels. The Marketing Executive will deploy and execute commercially effective brand experiences as well as support on administrative marketing work such as preparation of activations, production of materials, new visibility POS and brand updates with a focus on reporting and tracking ROI.
This role operates with high attention to detail to deliver marketing and executional excellence, and team collaboration to ensure seamless execution and operation on ground.
Make an Impact
Planning Support
- Assist in maintaining activation calendars and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time
- Coordinate the production and delivery of POSM and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Support post-activation reviews by gathering feedback, photos, and basic performance insights
Brand Execution & Market Activation
- Support the execution of Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities across On-Trade, Off-Trade, and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels
- Execute in-market activations, promotions, and events to enhance brand presence for The Macallan, Highland Park, and The Glenrothes
- Support the rollout of product launches and global/local campaigns across retail and trade environments
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Ensure all activations meet brand standards, delivering a consistently premium look and feel
- Assist in organizing consumer experiences and engagement activities, including preparation of materials and on-site support
- Contribute to the achievement of brand objectives by supporting initiatives that drive consumer engagement and sales
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Brand teams to support day-to-day campaign execution
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent campaign delivery
- Assist in sharing learnings and best practices within the team
Execution & Operations
- Support the end-to-end coordination of activations, including timelines, logistics, and materials management
- Liaise with external partners (e.g., agencies, printers, suppliers) to ensure deliverables are produced and delivered as planned
- Conduct store visits or site checks to ensure activations are properly set up and on-brand
- Provide administrative and organizational support across ongoing marketing projects
- Prepare activations, production of materials, new visibility POS and brand updates with a focus on reporting and tracking ROI
Your Talent and Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, can-do attitude with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset and sense of ownership
- Willingness to learn, with an interest in luxury brand standards, Wine & Spirits, and consumer experience
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- Approximately 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, events or brand activation preferred
- Exposure to working with agencies, vendors, or external partners is preferred
- Strong interest in premium/luxury brands, with a passion for spirits and drinks
