The Assistant Sales Manager will work within Prestige On Trade team reporting to the Prestige On Trade Sales Manager assisting with the brand appropriate growth of Edrington Brands within the various Prestige On trade channels This role will require developing and building strong relationships by promoting Edrington brand values, culture and mission with the decision makers, stakeholders and business partners such as Hotels, membership club, Asia 50 Best bars and MICHELIN-starred Restaurants. As a team member, you will assist to orchestrate

the local markets B2B business plans, building brand awareness and exposure whilst driving continued growth aligned with Edrington’s brand positioning, philosophy and overall business plans.

  • Maximize the exposure of Edrington brands at outlet level by enhancing listing opportunities and strengthening merchandising / display at outlet level
  • Actively engages customers by brand stories, promotions and events
  • Updates managers by consolidating, analysing, and forwarding weekly action summarie
  • Collects market intelligence

Typical Tasks & Problems

  • Promotes Edrington’s Way of Selling via leveraging “EDGE”
  • Handles day-to-day customer related queries and maximizes every development opportunity
  • Actively uses SFDC/AFORZA

 

 

Your Talent and Skills

The preferred qualifications for the role are as follows:

  • 5 years working experience in B2B channel in beverages, hospitality, FMCG or premium lifestyle consumer goods.
  • Mature, self-motivated, self-initiative person
  • University or above in Business or related disciplines
  • Experience in wine and spirits industry is preferable
  • Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi or any other tools preferred

  • Able to work under pressures and willing to take up challenges
  • Highly motivated, dynamic and proactive approach
  • Proficiency in written and spoken of Chinese and English
