Your Talent and Skills
We're looking for someone who truly understands the world of luxury — ideally with experience working directly with premium brands and their discerning clientele. Cocktail and flavour‑profiling skills are desirable and you will be socially connected with influencer communities and feel at home using social media and technology to tell compelling brand stories. You should be a confident presenter, a natural networker, and someone who can effortlessly build relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals. Excellent organisation, independence, and pride in your work are essential, as are leadership and mentoring abilities. CRM experience, a love of travel, fluency in English, and eligibility to work in Ghana are essential — and if you also have luxury spirits or hospitality experience, whisky passion, or additional languages, including French, even better.
We’ve put together some criteria that we think is important for this role, but don’t worry if your experience and expertise isn’t an exact match. If you feel that you can add value to our role and to Edrington more broadly, we would welcome your application and be eager to learn more about you.
