Embrace Excellence
Reporting to Global Partnership & Private Client Relationship Manager this role is accountable for the implementation of the programme focusing on three key areas:
- Managing the day-to-day requirements of delivering guided educational tours and excursions at the estate
- Delivering whisky tastings at the distillery and Rothes House as well as virtually to an international audience of clients, trade and internal Edrington colleagues
- Conducting brand education and onboarding sessions for internal colleagues and trade partners both at The Estate and virtually with a continuous improvement mindset
This is a 12month fixed term part time contract - (25 hours per week over 3 days)
Make an Impact
- Managing guided education tours and excursions
- Always providing a high standard of general service delivery with excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with guests and colleagues
- Managing the day-to-day requirements of guided tours and excursions at the estate working closely
- Deliver whisky tastings, including our classic range and more limited exclusive whiskies, at the distillery, in Rothes House and virtually to an international audience
- Work closely with the Master Whisky Maker to ensure consistent delivery of tastings
- Delivery of Brand Education and Onboarding
- Delivering brand education and onboarding sessions both in person and virtually to support our global and regional teams to understand the brand
Your Talent and Skills
To be successful in this role, you demonstrate exceptional leadership, excelling in both planning and delivery. Your time management and organizational skills ensure efficient task completion. As an excellent communicator, you possess outstanding presentation abilities. Ideally, you have experience in a distillery, especially with prestige whiskies, and are proficient with online communication tools.
